Domestic orders will take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive. International order will take anywhere from 7-14 days to arrive. Some orders may be delayed in arriving due to weather delays depending on your state/country.
If you have not recidved a tracking number or order comfirmation email, then most likely the email provided has a error. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can adjust your email and resend the tracking/shipping confirmation.
If you have received your shipping confirmation email that says your package has been delivered but you still have not received it, please contact your local USPS as soon as possible. Sometimes your package will be marked as delivered by USPS and the package is delivered later on in the day or next day.
If you are tracking your package, and the tracking says that it is being returned to sender, most likely there is a error in the address you provided. Please email us immediately with your full correct shipping address and order number and we will reship out your order as soon as the package has been returned back to us. We will email you your new tracking number as soon as it is available.

Of course you can! All you need to do is email us your order name/number and which item you would like to exchange and the size you would like instead. Then the item will be placed on hold for you until your return arrives.

Once we have recieved your returning item or items, you will be emailed a store credit code that you may use at any time. This code has no expiration. You can use this code by applying it at checkout like a promo code.
If you would like to send back an item for store credit/exchange, please email us right away. In your email, please include your order name and order number. Please let us know which items you'd like us to hold for you, (product name, color and size). If you do not want us to hold an item for you, and would like to take store credit instead please let us know through email also.
At the moment we do not offer pre-order on any items unless a pre-order tab is available on the product page. If you would like an email to be sent to you as soon as a certain item is restocked please email us so we can add you to our list.
The best way to contact us is by email, we work around the clock to answer all questions. All emails are responded to within 2-6 hours. In the rare occasion you have not received a response please email us again :)
If you have provided us with a incorrect shipping address, please email us ASAP so we can fix this as orders are shipped out very quickly after an order is placed. We reccomend going over your shipping confirmation to make sure everything looks correct as soon as your order is placed :)
Each item varies in sizing, some items are oversize and if a item runs small, we make sure to include that in each product section. If you have checked out the size chart at the bottom of our page, and are still unsure of what size you should get, please send us a email as we would be so glad to help you find the correct fit!
