BelleXo has a 7 day policy for all return and exchange requests. We will be happy to provide you with store credit or the option to exchange for another item. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made. If we have made a mistake with your order please email us and we will gladly help :)  
NOTE: Item does NOT have to be returned back to us within 7 days, the returned package must be IN ROUTE to us within 7 days AFTER receiving your package :) 

Items must meet the following requirements in order to process a return or exchange:

  • Must be in the original condition received in with all the original packaging and tags attached
  • Must NOT be previously worn or have damage of any kind
  • Must be smoke, perfume, and odor free
  • Must not be an item from our intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, vintage or cosmetics collection
  • Must NOT be a sale item- all sale purchases FINAL; non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable 

To process a return or exchange you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order
  • Return the package within 7 days after you have contacted us
  • Ship the item to our return address: 14431 E Telegraph Road, Whittier, CA 90604
  • Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND CONTACT EMAIL in your return package
  • If you already know what item you'd like to exchange for, please contact us immediately so we may place it on hold for you, as many of our products sell out quickly
  • Exchanges/store credit will be FINAL SALE
  • You may not exchange the items once you’ve used your store credit, after you have returned your item to us & you are issued store credit & that store credit is used the sale is FINAL. No exceptions. 

*Please note: Customers are responsible for any shipping fees to send us an item. However, there will be no reshipping charge once we send you a product. There is absolutely no refunds for shipping fees. Failure to adhere to the 7 day policy will void any store credit and exchange options and any items placed on hold for an exchange will be restocked.

Belle La Vie does exchange only for all items purchased through The Wanelo App. Orders must be returned back to us within 7 days from when your order is received. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee when sending back items. Please email us @ if you have any questions!
